Our company, a leading e-commerce brand specializing in household products, recognized the immense potential of the Amazon marketplace to reach and convert a wider customer base. As the in-house digital marketing expert, my task was to develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon sales strategy that would:

- Implemented strategic promotions, including Amazon lightning deals, coupons, and bundle offers, to boost sales and customer acquisition.

3. Inventory and Fulfillment Management:
- Closely monitored our inventory levels and replenishment needs through Amazon Seller Central to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Leveraged the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program to streamline our logistics and provide customers with fast, reliable shipping.

4. Data-Driven Insights and Continuous Optimization:
