Leveraged the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program to streamline our logistics and provide customers with fast, reliable shipping.


Our company, a leading e-commerce brand specializing in household products, recognized the immense potential of the Amazon marketplace to reach and convert a wider customer base. However, we were facing challenges in optimizing our presence on Amazon and capitalizing on the platform's features and tools to drive sales growth.


As the in-house digital marketing expert, my task was to develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon sales strategy that would:

1. Enhance our brand visibility and discoverability on Amazon.
2. Leverage Amazon Seller Central and third-party tools to optimize product listings and drive increased conversions.

2. Amazon Advertising and Promotions:
- Developed and executed targeted Amazon Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic to our listings.
- Utilized Amazon's advertising tools, such as campaign management, bidding strategies, and performance analytics, to continuously optimize our ad spend and ROAS.
- Implemented strategic promotions, including Amazon lightning deals, coupons, and bundle offers, to boost sales and customer acquisition.

3. Inventory and Fulfillment Management:
- Closely monitored our inventory levels and replenishment needs through Amazon Seller Central to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Leveraged the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program to streamline our logistics and provide customers with fast, reliable shipping.

4. Data-Driven Insights and Continuous Optimization:
- Regularly analyzed sales data, customer reviews, and Amazon's performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Utilized third-party tools like Helium 10 and AMZScout to gather deeper insights into competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and market trends.
